Shipping policy

Products typically ship in 1-2 days via USPS, however there may be delays to orders placed towards the end of the week to keep transit time to a minimum. 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. including Canada, and APO/FPO addresses, and we do not ship orders to Alaska or Hawaii.

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must reroute the order. Bear Cub Candy Co cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt (or that you may have updated or revised through customization options with the carrier).

We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provided. Please include a shipping address, company name, suite or apartment number to ensure proper delivery.

Bear Cub Candy Co is not responsible for failed deliveries when 1) you provide an incorrect or outdated address, 2) your recipient is out of town or not available, or 3) you do not provide a corrected/new delivery address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.

Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due it incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for the carrier.

Warm Weather Shipping

Shipping during warm weather or to a warm weather destination requires reusable dry ice gel packs to be added to the package and the product wrapped in plastic bags to ensure the integrity of the product during shipping. Usually if the temperature is over 75 degrees Fahrenheit anywhere along the shipping route, we will add dry ice gel packs and plastic bags to the package. This is done at no charge to the consumer.

We will only ship orders to warm weather destinations or during the summer (June 1st to Sept 15th) on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays so that the product does not sit over the weekend at a shipping facility.
